Once we receive your inquiry form we will send over a proposal with our terms and conditions for you to reserve your event day and time. We love to discuss event details with our clients therefore we like to schedule a phone call before a deposit is made. Our clients are our priority so we are always a phone call away!

If the event is cancelled by the client 45 days prior to the event date all prepayments and deposits will be returned, but if the event is cancelled 44 days or less all deposits and prepayments will be forfeited.

In the event of cancellation, we can apply the balance of your deposit as a payment to another event.

If we know 24 hours in advance, we can prepare with our outdoor tents at an additional cost.

Yes, we absolutely can as long as we are two feet away from the water area. Due to the use of electricity with our bar, our equipment can't get wet!

To preserve the life of our equipment, we require our staff to be present after the inventory location is approved. In some cases, our courier may need to drop off inventory an hour(s) in advance. If this happens our equipment cannot be moved after we leave the premises. An additional fee will be charged if inventory is moved after we have already agreed upon a location and our staff has left.

We absolutely do, please let us know when you submit your inquiry and/or when you speak to a representative. You can request to have a no candy bar, as well.

Our experience includes themed uniformed bar attendant or attendants depending on your guest count, our service bar, an array of candies, dry ice depending on your event specifics, coke products, bottled water, drink ingredients, and custom bar accessories.

For kids who are looking for a mature event style, we do offer custom decorations such as edible flower garnishes, glassware, acrylic signs and more to adapt to the aesthetic.

We offer both options but they can be chosen separately.
